- Spouses/guests
- If you are bringing a spouse, friend, or child to the AMC Lodge and/or NEPARC meeting, you have several options depending on how much they will attend the meeting. Because meals are part of the NEPARC registration (separate from lodging), those not registering won't automatically have meals at lodge available unless they do one of the following:
- Option 1: Guest will attend talks and eat meals - Register them for NEPARC meeting.
- Option 2: Guest will ONLY attend Wednesday (July 25th) dinner/social. Register yourself and add guest for social (extra $30).
- Option 3: Guest will be staying at lodge and wants meals but will not attend meeting. Tell AMC Lodge Registration staff this during booking. The Lodging rate will be more than the 'just lodging' NEPARC rate for the guest.
- Option 4: Guest will not attend conference but may eat some meals. Pay for individual meals at lodge day of, but this option is only available if space is available.
